Summer Retreat
Come and join us at this lovely venue for a glorious summer retreat.
This beautiful Georgian Hall, set in extensive gardens is run by the Diocese of York.It is located in the glorious Yorkshire Wolds and is a perfect setting for this restful weekend of peace and yoga.
All six of our yoga practices will take place in the hall’s ballroom chapel with floor to ceiling bay windows that look down the valley. Accommodation is in single, en-suite rooms, although shared rooms are available, and we will be provided with nutritious vegetarian food.
As we are here in the height of the summer we will take the qualities of the sun in our solar system as our theme for the weekend, reflecting on the development of these qualities through our practices as a means to uplifting and sustaining us.
