Yoga Residential Weekend

A beautiful weekend of Svastha Yoga, a lovely environment, delicious vegetarian/vegan food & solitude and/or great company, whatever you feel in need of! These past 2 years have been difficult for many reasons and so this will be a wonderful reset and rest. You are free to do as much or as little as you wish and I will always offer accessible alternatives for anyone struggling with physical or mental exhaustion.

 Whalley Abbey near Clitheroe in Lancashire is built on the site of a 14th century Cistercian Abbey and is situated in the little village of Whalley. There is a regular direct train from Manchester and you can walk easily to the Abbey. I have taught here twice before and absolutely loved it. All rooms are ensuite and we practice in the beautiful old Hall pictured here.

The cost for the full weekend including a single en-suite room with all meals included is £310. If you are an NHS frontline worker there are bursaries available for the accommodation.
