Creating a Harmonious Practice

During the afternoon we will explore the how the use of sound can support and steady our breathing, focus our mind and enable our asana practice to be mindful. We will explain the relationship between sound, breath and mind as it relates to yoga and touch on how neuroscience is beginning to explain the effects of techniques that have been practiced in Yoga for thousands of years.
